Executive search is a knowledge based consultancy service, which focuses on assisting organizations to find and attract talented individuals with the appropriate blend of skills, experience and knowledge for appointment and successful performance in leadership executive or professional roles.  The ability to recruit and retain such talented people is increasingly the principal differentiating factor Amrop Rasd.

In consultation with the client, Amrop Rasd develops comprehensive in-depth understanding of the position to be filled as well as the culture of the client.  We design a specific research project to demarcate the universe of candidates best suited for the position. We then conduct candidates' qualification and development to assure a good fit through extensiveface-to-face interviewing in preparation for candidates' introduction to the client. Amrop Rasd provides through a reservoir of knowledge and experience, counseling to client and candidates to assist them in achieving agreement and closure.
